Training Futures has been a program of Northern Virginia Family Service since 1996. Fueling an Organization’s Growth and Diversification through Innovation and Mission

Attendees will learn from the case example of Alliance member Hillside Family of Agencies in Rochester, N.Y., which has grown considerably in budget size (from $20 million to $130 million) and service scope (from a child welfare and residential services to a highly diverse community-based portfolio of services in child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, developmental disabilities, education, medical, safety net, and youth development).
