This panel discussion will address key, high-level census data and trends that will impact human service programs and service delivery. The questions that will be addressed include:

  • What are the major demographic shifts that will impact human service providers?
  • Where are people moving?
  • Where are new immigrants residing?
  • Are there significant shifts in urban, suburban, and rural communities?
  • What do the numbers tell us about households and poverty?
  • What are some resources organizations can use to harvest census data?
